There has been a spider on my ceiling since I woke up at 10am today. Seven hours later, he is still there. He has been doing clockwise laps of my ceiling the whole time. I am so confused.
I have trapped myself
between writing my paper and applying for jobs. I really need to do both, but I don’t want to do either, so I’m hoping in my attempt to avoid or procrastinate on one, I’ll accomplish something on the other, until that begins to stress me out, at which point I’ll bounce back to the first, and maybe, possibly, actually get something useful done today.

Apparently I like blogging about my homework?
I managed to run all my errands today! (This included conferencing with my professor for extra credit, going to the bank, getting a haircut, and swapping out my midnight premiere Avengers tickets for the next day.)

The downside to surrounding myself with intelligent, attractive, nice, successful people is that, by comparison, I frequently end up looking not so great.
